News Release: Performance Management and Quality Improvement Support (PMQI)
Falcona is excited to announce that it was awarded the Performance Management and Quality Improvement Support (PMQI) contract, effective July 26, 2023. This contract supports the Medical Education & Training Campus (METC) at Joint Base San Antonio, Fort Sam Houston, TX.
METC is the primary training location for Army, Navy and Air Force enlisted medical trainees. METC provides over 48 academic programs in various medical specialties. Falcona is honored to support the largest “enlisted” healthcare education campus in the world!
Our team will support this contract by providing guidance and functional expertise in strategic planning and partnering to the METC commandant and staff in the areas of project management and performance metrics, and will provide consolation, guidance, and functional expertise in developing and identify performance measurements to find trends and cost saving measures for METC.
