Time away from work to relax, recover from occasional illness and/or pursue special interests is important to everyone. All full-time employees are eligible for Personal Time-Off (PTO). PTO is accrued each pay period commencing on the employee’s date of hire.
Falcona offers a fully administered Safe Harbor Match contribution retirement plan. Employees can contribute in a Roth or IRA basis (before or after taxes) and fully vested in his or her own contributions and entitled to those contributions upon termination of employment regardless of the length of employment.
Many medical benefits are provided under Falcona’s Group Plan. These benefits include medical, hospitalization, and physician care. There is no waiting period for employee coverage or its dependents.
Additionally, Under the Texas—Insurance Choice Plus Premier Plan there’s no out of pocket cost for virtual visits for any covered employees or its dependents and covered persons under 19 years of age has not co-pay for a primary care physician office visit when in-network providers are selected.

Falcona recognizes ten (10) days during the year as paid holidays for active full-time employees. Those holidays are New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, George Washington’s Birthday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Employees will be granted a leave of absence without pay to fulfill Military Reserve obligations. In granting such leave, the Company will comply with applicable statutes, which govern duration of the leave and re-employment rights for all employees fulfilling their military obligations.
Falcona encourages all employees to fulfill their civic duties regarding jury service. Full-time employees who are called for jury duty, or subpoenaed to serve as a witness will be paid for days missed, up to a maximum of ten (10) days, or in accordance with any applicable state or local laws.
Full-time employees will be allowed up to three days of paid leave to arrange for and/or attend the funeral of an immediate family member, including the employee’s spouse, child, parent, sibling, grandparent, step-parent, father/mother-in law. Request for leave must be submitted in advance and must be approved by Human Resources. Should additional time be necessary, employees may use accrued PTO or take unpaid leave, if approved in advance.
