CPARS, the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System, is a web-enabled application that electronically collects and manages contractor performance. Contractors are assessed across three key dimensions: Quality, Schedule, and Management. The government conducts evaluations, assigning ratings ranging from Exceptional to Unsatisfactory.”
Falcona assists the Department of Defense Health Agency in various capacities, including the development of plans, programs, and procedures. Our role involves making recommendations on organizational policy and directives, conducting data analysis and lessons learned development, drafting reports, and providing reviews, evaluations, and recommendations on highly specialized subjects. We actively engage in coordination efforts with program sponsors, management, technical personnel, support organizations, and external agencies. Additionally, we enhance the knowledge and expertise of METC Faculty and Staff in areas such as instructional delivery processes, curriculum development, course evaluation, academic counseling, and instructional qualification records.

Falcona’s Advisory and Program Management Support services were characterized by exceptional performance and innovative problem-solving throughout the period of performance. Their performance consistently went above and beyond contract requirements, demonstrating outstanding workmanship in all aspects of their operations. Falcona has been recognized for its collaboration with the METC Degree Bridge Program initiatives. For instance, Falcona streamlined processes to facilitate military personnel in attaining college diplomas, certificates, and/or degrees through the transfer of credits earned during their service. Moreover, Falcona’s team members offered invaluable assistance to education professionals at METC, devising diverse strategies to help service members overcome obstacles like frequent relocations, demanding military training, and deployment, thereby empowering them to reach their educational objectives. Falcona was instrumental in forging strategic partnerships with colleges and
universities nationwide which translated military education, training, and experience into civilian credit.
