SAN ANTONIO, TX – September 2019 – Falcona Management & Technology, LLC (Falcona) is excited to announce its continued support to the Defense Health Agency (DHA) for fiscal year 2020. The DHA in 2017 selected Falcona as the Prime contractor to provide Program Management Support Services at Fort Sam Houston, Texas. Falcona is developing plans, programs and procedures; making recommendations on organizational policy and/or directives; accomplishing data analysis and lessons learned development; draft reports; providing reviews, evaluations and recommendations on subjects of highly specialized areas of concern; conducting coordination efforts with program sponsors, management and technical personnel, supporting organizations and outside agencies; and supplementing Medical Education Training Center (METC) Faculty and Staff’s knowledge and expertise in the areas of instructional delivery processes, curriculum development, course evaluation, academic counseling, and instructional qualification records.
This is Falcona’s first federal award as a prime contractor under the Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) Business Development Program. Falcona is a certified participant in the U.S. SBA 8(a) Business Development program on February 24, 2015. Falcona’s President, Dr. John Ayala, stated, “We are very proud of the work we have done for the DHA/METC over the last two years, and we look forward to continuing our role in providing uninterrupted support for the DHA/METC and its missions.”
