San Antonio Business Opportunity Council (SABOC) Recognizes Falcona during the 2021 Minority Enterprise Development (MED) Week.
SAN ANTON IO, TX – September 2021 – Falcona is excited to announce that in September, the Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) hosted their annual National Minority Enterprise Development (MED) Week conference. Falcona was recognized for its excellent performance and contribution to federal contracting support to the San Antonio community by receiving the 2021 SABOC Award. The San Antonio Business Opportunity Council (SABOC) is a non-profit 501(c)(6) organization that promotes the utilization of Small Business (SB), Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDB), and Women-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB). The conference celebrates the outstanding accomplishments of minority-owned companies and presents informational sessions and programming; offering interactive networking sessions to generate new connections and fresh perspectives. MED Week also features an awards ceremony where individuals and organizations are honored for exceptional commitments and contributions to minority business growth. The MED Week Awards are the highest national recognition that minority-owned firms can receive from the U.S. Department of Commerce.
