Behavioral Health Specialist Course Training Instructor Services
Falcona is pleased to announce that have been awarded the Behavioral Health Specialist Course Training Instructor Services contract, effective September 29, 2023. This contract is in support of the U.S. Army Medical Center of Excellence (MEDCoE) the Department of Force Health Protection (DFHP)/ Medical Education and Training Campus (METC) at Joint Base San Antonio, Fort Sam Houston, TX.
As one of the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command’s Centers of Excellence, MEDCoE is who the Army relies upon to train, educate and inspire all its medical personnel. MEDCoE is dedicated to enhancing the readiness of the Army and improving the readiness of the force and training the Army’s Medical Professionals by ensuring that Army Medicine is ready today “To Conserve Fighting Strength” by training, educating and inspiring Soldiers and Leaders who can meet the Army’s requirements for a ready medical force and a medically ready force.
Falcona’s team will support this contract by providing Behavioral Health instructor and training support services for the Division of Behavioral Health Sciences and the Department of Force Health Protection (DFHP). Falcona will assist in the review and revision of curriculum and instructional materials, conduct training, and provide subject-matter expertise. Furthermore, Falcona will be assisting in the review and update of effective instructional and technical support materials, achieve student success through the conduct of the training, and provide accurate and timely technical information and support to leadership.
